Blocking 101 - A Virtual Workshop - March 24th

So often I hear from knitters that they are reluctant to block their hand knits because they don’t understand why it’s necessary, or even how to do it. Well, get ready to take your knitting to a whole new level! In this class you’ll get in depth information that will enable you to block confidently so your pieces will look perfectly finished. We’ll talk about why it’s important to block your projects and the pros and cons of various techniques. We’ll also discuss what methods are best for different fibers. I’ll review all the tools you need, many of which are already in your home and I’ll demonstrate how to block a lace square. You’ll learn how to block all kinds of projects from the smallest accessories to the largest of blankets.
