Sunshine and Shadow Workshop with Kare Peacock - In Store - May 6th

In this class, you will learn how to make a quilted crochet wall hanging approximately 24 x 24 inches. The wall hanging is made of fifteen vertical strips of puffy squares. Each individual square is crocheted in rounds and then stuffed with batting and sealed at the color change. The rounds are created using a unique crochet stitch called the quilt stitch.

Level: (Intermediate) Prior knowledge of the chain stitch and single crochet stitch is necessary to participate in this class.

Supplies: Purchase the pattern on Ravelry. Participants need to bring 2.75 mm hook; poly-fil low-loft quilt batting; Peerie by Brooklyn Tweed, 12 skeins (2 of each color). The example was created in Aurora, Sea Glass, Marigold, Klimt, Patina, and Burnished
