pattern sizes: 7 [8, 9] inches/18 [20.5, 23] cm A[B,C] foot circumference

recommended needles: US 2 (2.75 mm) and US 1½ (2.5 mm) 32-40" circular needles or your preferred needles for small circumference knitting.
