We’re thrilled to share a fresh update to something you already know and love—our Monarch Rewards Program has been revamped to better celebrate you, our amazing community of makers.
Whether you're a longtime customer or just discovering our cozy shop, earning points is now easier (and more fun!) than ever. Here's how it works:
🧶 Step 1: Shop With Us
Every time you make a purchase—whether you're stocking up on yarn, grabbing new tools, or registering for a class—you'll earn points.

Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent, both in-store and online.

Your points add up quickly and can be used toward future purchases.
Note:
- Sale items and gift cards don’t count toward points, but everything else does!

Some of you have multiple emails with us, so if you don't see your points, they may be listed under a different email address. Over the next few weeks, we will be in touch to determine your preferred email address to use when shopping with Monarch. Once we have that, we will merge your points.
You can find your Customer Points Portal simply by going to our online shop, and clicking on the 🧡 Earn/Redeem points button located on the bottom right corner. If you are already a customer and get our emails, simply click the sign-in button to create a password.
