Happy Hanger Workshop - July 19th

Saturday, July 19th, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

When cleaning out a closet, I found a cache of crochet hangers that my grandmother had made over 40 years ago. They were all in perfect condition and held the clothes so nicely. Dottie Angel’s pattern, Happy Hanger, was the closest pattern to my grandmother’s creation. Kare Peacock will lead you through the process of creating your own Happy Hanger. We will supply the hanger and the yarn. Just bring your size G crochet hook. We will work on one side of the hanger, and Kare will demonstrate how to join the sides and enclose the hanger.

Skill level: Please have a basic knowledge of crochet, chain, and double crochet
Supplies: G (4.0mm) crochet hook
